Open Question: I really like him, but don't want to scare him away?

Hey there!

I recently met a guy that I took an instant liking to, and I know he is a person I want as a close friend, and I am determined to achieve that, with time.

But I don’t know how he feels about me. I know I have some friends I’m content to just see once every month or so, but him I want to see several times a week. We don’t have any classes or anything together, so if I want to hang with him, I have to text him every time and ask to meet up.

So I already see him as a best friend, while he may well see me as just a girl he hung out with a few times.

I’m worried that this difference may scare him off. If he see’s me as someone he wants to see once in a while and I’m texting him every few days asking to meet.

Any advice?
