A) having a friend who shares in the struggles of your past with loneliness, betrayal, fatherlessness. Also shares longterm goals, some passions, and has a cohesive personality with you.
B) having a friend who does not share in your past struggles at all, but shares the same longterm goals, more passions, but not really a cohesive personality.
which do you think is better longterm?
