Open Question: Please answer, no one's answering!?

I really like someone I work with but can’t work out if he’s interested in me. He does these things:

1. He keeps walking past my office and stopping to talk to me a lot (he doesn’t do this when my supervisor is there).
2. He’s always keen to help me with anything.
3. He replies to my emails even when he doesn’t have to.
4. When I email him (anything to do with work) he comes in right away to talk about it.
5. When we talk he touches his face a lot (rubs his chin, ears and cheeks) and seems nervous.
6. He always holds doors open for me.
7. He always smiles when he sees me and when he’s talking to me he normally has a big grin on his face (but he does smile at everyone).
8. He looks deep into my eyes when we talk, and I’ve noticed that his eyes look a bit watery.
9. He asks a lot of questions about where I live etc. (although I do the same with him).
10. When he leaves he always hesitates, like he wants to stay for a bit longer.
11. When he had his hair cut I told him it looked good and he looked embarrassed and started rubbing his head!

BUT I have suggested meeting outside work and he hasn’t mentioned it since I asked.

I know he is quite quiet/shy but am fairly sure he’s single and pretty sure he’s not gay!

Even my boss has told me to ask him out — I think she must have guessed how much I like him although I thought I had hidden it!
