Open Question: How can i get a girl to let me eat her out?

i’d do it every day for a girl i like , but how could i get her to let me for the first time? Im thinking that on a fourth date I could make her muffins with hearts on them or smilies and give them to her, and while she’s eating I could ask her if she would mind me munching on her muffin?

Im trying to at least make it cute because girls like cute stuff.
