Open Question: Does he like me? How can I tell that he likes me?

So I meet this boy my first year into highschool, 2 years ago. I was a freshman, he was a junior.
I had choir with him and he would always give me this seductive stare. & bite his lip, when he looked at me. Or pretend «bully» me.
Then he hit my up on facebook, then realizing we knew of eachother from school.
Then we basically became friends, chilled, we kiss & things. Stayed the night with eachother, blah blah blah.
And I always tell him «I should be wifey», jokingly but seriously at the same time.
So one day he says, «You think you could be wifey?» And I told him yes, and he made me do a «girlfriend application» and he responded «Okaay , well I looked at your application. Based on your resume you are qualified for the position… I’ll get back to you in 3-5 business days to let you know when you start»
what does this mean? Is he joking? Does he like me?
